Payment of Fees

If you are personally responsible for payment of the programme fee, as opposed to your home institution or a third-party provider such as IFSA-Buler or Arcadia CEA paying, payment is required by the first day of enrolment at Royal Holloway. For 2007/8, the first day of enrolment is Monday 24th September for students commencing their study in September, and Friday 4th January for those starting in January 2008.

Invoices

RHUL no longer issues hard copy invoices (unless a sponsor is responsible for payment), but you can see your e-invoice on your student account when you complete the on-line sign-up process via the College's portal Campus Connect.

Early Payment Discount 2007/8

Study Abroad students with personal liabilities for payment of tuition to RHUL, are eligible for a discount of £200, for whichever study option they enrol, provided full payment is received by the College and on-line sign up has been completed no later than 7 September 2007 for September entry, and 21st December 2007 for entry in January 2008.

N.B. The payment made to the College should be reduced by the amount of this discount.

Methods of Payment

Please note that all fees must be paid in £ sterling. Click here for details of payment methods.

The College has an on-line card payment facility, ‘epay’, which enables payment of tuition and residence fees to be made using debit and credit cards, worldwide virtually 24 hours a day seven days a week.

To use this fully secure and user-friendly facility, you will need to have your RHUL Student ID Number (ie a nine-digit number starting with 100******) ready in order to ensure that the payment is correctly allocated.  If you have any questions about this facility please contact the Student Fees Office, by telephone: 00 44 1784 414099 or e-mail: student-fees@rhul.ac.uk.
